  My role is designed to help agency owners drive growth in their business. As a dedicated Agency Business Consultant I work as a business coach to assist agency owners who strive to achieve their personal and professional goals. By providing ongoing coaching, positivity and support, I can help agents drive productivity and build bigger, faster and stronger Farmers® agencies. I work directly with new and full-time agents to provide guidance and assistance as agents develop their business plans. I also provide personalized support to new Acquisition, Seed and Retail program agents while helping these capitalized agents to be successful future leaders of the district.

  My main role is helping provide support to the District manager. I also oversee the daily operations for our District. I plan our meetings and events, provide assistance with licensing and initial set up for new agents and provide on-going support to our agents with any operational or technical concerns. I assist in promoting growth in our agencies by tracking progress and guiding our agents with plans for achieving goal
