My role is designed to help agency owners drive growth in their business. As a dedicated Agency Business Consultant I work as a business coach to assist agency owners who strive to achieve their personal and professional goals. By providing ongoing coaching, positivity and support, I can help agents drive productivity and build bigger, faster and stronger Farmers® agencies. I work directly with new and full-time agents to provide guidance and assistance as agents develop their business plans. I also provide personalized support to new Acquisition, Seed and Retail program agents while helping these capitalized agents to be successful future leaders of the district.

I plan our meetings and events, provide assistance with licensing and initial set up for new agents and provide on-going support to our agents with any operational or technical concerns.
